Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Cycle Counter for a high-volume food distribution center. The role focuses on executing counts and reconciling physical stock with system data to maintain accuracy.

The incumbent will use WMS (NTS), identify and correct variances, and collaborate with leadership to uphold KeHE’s mission and values. High school diploma required; prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred; motivated candidates with no prior experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts on assigned locations, sustaining a count accuracy standard of 98% or greater.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to create, view, and manage cycle count batches, self-initiating counts and identifying, root-causing, and correcting variances without reliance on leadership direction; escalating systemic discrepancies to IC leadership as appropriate.
• Develop working knowledge of warehouse processes across supporting departments to understand how inventory accuracy impacts the broader operation.
• Engage with the Sr. Cycle Counter as primary mentor and resource during onboarding and beyond.
• Participate in regular check-ins with the DC IC Manager and contribute to a culture of accountability, interoperability, and empathy.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
