Job summary

Lids, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks an Inventory Compliance Specialist to ensure accuracy of inventory records and adherence to control procedures. You will review transactions, analyze discrepancies, and coordinate with supply chain, merchandising, store ops, and accounting to implement improvements.

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant work experience or related education preferred.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate a computer and relevant software applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze discrepancies and solve problems effectively.
Ability to maintain consistent attendance and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Support accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across supply chain, merchandising, and stores.
Maintain synchronization between warehouse and inventory systems.
Monitor adjustments and analyze trends to identify control gaps.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies.
Document findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to inventory policies and internal controls.
