Job summary

Legends Global in Indianapolis is seeking an Inbound Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Support Department, focusing on inventory control at the Indianapolis Distribution Center. The role includes processing, verification, record-keeping, and hiring and training of Support Team Members.

You will manage cycle count programs, report inventory variances, enforce safety and performance standards, and work with department heads to align warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience required.
• College/university degree preferred.
• Personnel management experience required.
• WMS/TWL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution staff in inventory control and related tasks.
• Plan and coordinate cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Interview, hire, and train warehouse staff and team leads.
• Collaborate with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities.
