Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years experience from high-tech manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation).
• Experience working with or alongside software engineers to streamline workflows using tools such as SQL, scripts, or other programming languages.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple systems and files.
• Perform data comparison, reconciliation, and validation across different datasets.
• Identify discrepancies and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Generate reports and provide insights on inventory trends and issues.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to map, compare, and analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with software engineers to streamline data comparison processes.
• Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate travel schedules and logistics with managers, field engineers, site leads, and customers.
• Ensure alignment and clear communication across teams regarding schedules and deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact for the accounting team for clarifications related to inventory files, discrepancies, and status updates.
• Facilitate communication between operations, engineering, and finance teams to ensure transparency and accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, updates, and contact points related to inventory activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, changes, and resolutions for audit and reference purposes.
