Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Harvard, MA is seeking a distribution center associate to maintain inventory integrity and improve efficiencies within the DC.

You will perform a wide range of tasks including adjustments, transfers, audits, relabels, and cycle counts while ensuring safety and accuracy. The role emphasizes data accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alphanumeric data accurately.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform order adjustments (repicks).
• Monitor, research, and resolve allocation issues in Orders system.
• Perform inventory transfers and adjustments as needed.
• Print and apply location label requests.
• Request repair and replacement of RF and Vocollect units.
• Review and research various reports.
• Research inventory discrepancies and explain large on-hand adjustments.
• Process stray parts and relabel/changeover items.
• Conduct slotting tasks as directed by DC leadership.
• Maintain accurate dimensional data and safe weight on beams.
• Perform factory stock adjustments, lifts, final sweeps and recalls.
• Daily cycle counts and quarterly department verifications.
• Assist in achieving ship percentage and DC shrink goals.
