Job summary

Taher seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy at a 3PL partner facility in Minnesota. You will ensure inbound/outbound shipments are tracked, ERP data is current, and inventory records reflect physical stock. Strong analytical skills and independence are essential to maintain processes and drive improvements.

The role involves daily liaison with logistics partners, cycle counts, and reporting to support operations and SCM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, MRP or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience with 3PL or warehouse environments (preferred).
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and verify accuracy against docs.
• Enter and maintain inventory data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Communicate with 3PL partners and coordinate inquiries.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to improve accuracy.
• Support inventory projects and data requests for the SCM team.
