Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is hiring for an Inventory Control role within its distribution facility. The position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring compliant product labeling to support efficient order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of inventory control experience, strong organization, and proficiency with SAP or similar inventory systems. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory control for a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• PMM and/or PLOG certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and controls inventory and inventory integrity; researches discrepancies and makes corrections.
• Oversees physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintains product identification and location program.
• Tracks and reports non-conforming product; documents damaged stock.
• Ensures accurate labeling and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinates with other departments to improve inventory accuracy.
• Trains site staff in inventory control techniques.
