Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee stockroom/warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and SAP proficiency to ensure efficient distribution processes.

Responsibilities include planning layouts, guiding storage and shipping, and driving continuous improvement with lean/Six Sigma practices while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience managing people in a fast moving and time sensitive environment.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Advices employees on care, preservation, and handling of items; governs storage and shipping methods.
• Studies records and recommends actions for non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy and compliance; determines stock level adequacy.
• Schedules work for inventories and expedites workflow.
• Determines procedures, prepares schedules, and assigns duties; inspects work for conformance.
• Maintains harmony and resolves grievances among workers.
• Prepares composite reports from subordinate records.
