Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a shipping/receiving associate to ensure goods are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment, with safe forklift operation and proper handling of outbound freight.

The role emphasizes inventory control, precise documentation, and cross-training across production functions, with a strong benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure items are properly packed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
• Document and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Safely and accurately load outbound freight.
• Manually load and unload trailers, and complete supporting documents (i.e., bill of lading (BOL)).
• Identify, record, and provide recommendations for any issues or non-conformities relating to the product, process, and quality system.
• Participate in inventory procedures and cycle counts.
• Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
• Clean and maintain assigned area.
