Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain high inventory accuracy at the Columbus facility. You will monitor levels, coordinate cycle counts, track non-conforming product, and support safe, orderly operations to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in warehouse inventory control, good organizational skills, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. High school diploma required; PMM/PLOG preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' inventory control experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• PMM and PLOG certifications preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and controls inventory and integrity; researches discrepancies and fixes corrections.
• Ensures timely resolution of inventory problems.
• Oversees cycle counts and audits to reconcile records.
• Maintains product identification and location program.
• Tracks non-conforming, aged, and damaged product and reports.
• Ensures accurate labeling and compliance of inventory.
• Maintains inventory metrics and reports for management.
• Coordinates cross-department efforts to improve accuracy.
• Trains site staff in inventory control techniques.
• Provides general support for efficient site operations.
