Job summary

Lamps Plus, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator at our Greensboro Fulfillment Center to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, research variances, and system maintenance. You will collaborate with Receiving, Put away, Picking, Shipping, Returns, and Operations to support accurate order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes inventory integrity, discrepancy resolution, and generating actionable reports to drive improvements in inventory management and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly desired.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Research and resolve variances identified through counts and audits.
• Maintain Item Master and inventory-related system data.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to monitor SKU movement and storage utilization.
• Coordinate RTVs, transfers, and location changes while keeping records accurate.
