Job summary

Lamps Plus, Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator Lead for our Greensboro, NC Fulfillment Center. This role drives inventory accuracy, leads cycle counts and audits, and partners with Operations to support fulfillment center performance.

You will coach the Inventory Control Coordinators, analyze inventory data, and report results to the Inventory Control Manager while supporting process improvements and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of Inventory Control experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution center or fulfillment environment preferred.
• Experience managing cycle count programs, audits, and reconciliation processes preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Inventory Control operations to ensure accuracy across the fulfillment center.
• Lead cycle counts, audits, and system verifications; coordinate count schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes of variances.
• Train and coach Inventory Control Coordinators; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leaders and third-party partners on forecasts and planning.
• Prepare and distribute inventory performance reports and updates to management.
