Job summary

Lamps Plus, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator at our Greensboro fulfillment center. You will maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, research discrepancies, and data maintenance across the item master and WMS systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Receiving, Put away, Picking, Shipping, and Returns to resolve variances, generate reports, and support efficient order fulfillment. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly desired.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Research variances and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain Item Master records and update inventory data.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports and trends.
• Coordinate RTVs and inventory transfers with operations.
• Communicate findings to the Inventory Control Lead.
• Support continuous improvement for inventory accuracy.
