Job summary

c3controls is hiring for an Inventory Control role focused on integrity and systematic oversight of our physical inventory. You will ensure accurate tracking from dock to order pick, maintaining lean operations and high inventory accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, Basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is an onsite, full-time position at our Beaver, PA location with a daytime shift and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Familiarity with WMS or handheld scanners is beneficial.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Enter data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Execute FIFO to move older stock first.
• Replenish stock to forward picking locations as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and proper storage.
