Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support stock auditing, cycle counts, and inventory integrity across Receiving, Warehousing and Shipping.

You will generate reports, enter adjustments in the WMS, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes while maintaining safety and accuracy. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of warehouse inventory experience.
• Experience with inventory techniques and packaging of goods.
• Proficient PC skills and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Update and review inspections and corrected inventories.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts and verify against perpetual stock.
• Generate reports to research failure activity (e.g., missing stock, unscheduled moves).
• Enter data into WMS following Arcadia policies.
• Audit product availability and adjust as needed.
• Participate in scheduled audits and count/adjust/report results.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for change.
