Job summary

Solomon Colors, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to monitor and improve inventory accuracy across production, procurement, and warehouse teams. You will reconcile counts, maintain item master data, and generate reports to support demand planning and cost control.

The role requires 2–4 years in inventory control, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/ERP skills. You will collaborate cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and support annual physical inventories in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field is required.
2–4 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or related field is required.
Experience with cycle counting, root cause analysis, and ERP/MRP systems is required.
Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/CPIM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze inventory levels, transactions, and variances to ensure accuracy.
Perform root cause analysis of discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
Reconcile physical counts with system data through cycle counts and audits.
Maintain item master data, part numbers, and inventory-related system updates.
Develop and generate inventory-related reports and KPIs for management.
Partner with all departments to resolve inventory issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate and oversee annual physical inventory planning and execution.
