Colonial Group in Rexburg, ID is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies across our warehouse operations.

You will manage SKU data, generate reports, and support inventory accuracy using ERP and warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with Excel. This role involves working in warehouse and outdoor environments and may require lifting up to 80 pounds.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using ERP or inventory/warehouse management systems.

Mansioni

• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes of variances.
• Update and maintain inventory records with accurate quantities and costs.
• Compile and analyze information from shipping/receiving docs, POs, requisitions, contracts, and reports.
• Create and maintain SKU numbers and master files.
• Generate inventory reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor and resolve inventory issues including negative balances and stock discrepancies.
