Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or equivalent
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy
• Ability to read and communicate verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of inventory processes and controls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and verify counts by comparing physical inventory to system records.
• Research variances between physical counts and computer quantities; make corrections in the system.
• Assign SKU numbers and maintain SKU files and logic, updating as needed.
• Create and review management reports; investigate discrepancies and shortages.
• Adhere to safety procedures and participate in required safety meetings; support safety improvements.
