Job summary

Mechanix Wear in Kansas City, MO is seeking a materials and supply chain professional to support global supply capabilities. You will own material supply planning, inventory transfers, and new product set-up in ERP systems to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Collaborate with product development, supply chain, marketing and customer support to gather information, drive continuous improvement, and maintain data integrity across P21 and SAP by Design.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; BA in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• APICS/ASCM Certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years supply planning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and product set-up requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute materials supply planning activities and drive cost savings opportunities.
• Analyze data to monitor order fulfillment and anticipate future requirements.
• Set up new products in ERP systems (P21 and SAP by Design) and maintain item hierarchies.
• Own inventory transfers and packaging materials to fill orders.
• Promote continuous improvement across the department.
