Job summary

CNH Industrial in Wichita, KS, seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to coordinate inbound materials, inventory flow, and manufacturing operating plans. You will plan material movements, coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering, and apply data analytics to forecast requirements and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field and 5+ years of logistics experience, plus ERP/SAP proficiency and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and/or materials analysis OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, and/or materials analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP, advanced PC skills including MS Office; Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience desired
• Experience in an OEM vehicle environment is a plus; strong technical skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers, both direct and indirect
• Determines material requirements and coordinates efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering
• Compiles data and applies statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements and indirect budget projections
• Oversees the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments per production/shipping schedules
• Develops policies and procedures to ensure timely flow of materials and tracking of physical inventory
• Develops specifications for new and changed contract orders; other related duties as assigned
