Responsibilities

• Ship customer orders on schedule while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Process shipments and perform accurate data entry in the ERP system (Odoo).
• Verify shipment accuracy, documentation, and labels prior to carrier pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping work area.
• Participate in regular inventory audits.
• Proactively identify errors or process issues and propose solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve shipping issues and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance standards are met when handling regulated products.
• Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA standards and injury reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
