Valid driver’s license required and able to be certified on equipment in 60–90 days.

Responsibilities

Pack and label orders to meet quality standards.
Handle bulk fulfillment; maintain accuracy and speed.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Collaborate with team to achieve daily goals.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
Own complex, high-priority orders from start to finish.
Resolve order discrepancies and inventory issues in real time.
Support local sales fulfillment and paint-related orders.
Execute custom paint mixing to spec and ensure quality control.
Operate picking, replenishment, and staging activities; learn cherry picker and forklifts.
Identify workflow improvements and take ownership of tasks.
