Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a retail environment.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift 20–30 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ticket and prepare inventory for the floor.
• Assist with markdowns, transfers and return authorizations.
• Maintain purchase orders and price tickets for new goods in the POS system.
• Partner with store leaders on product placement on the styling floor.
• Replenish daily items and pull for the styling floor.
• Process web orders and orders from other stores for timely shipment.
• Conduct weekly checks for returns to vendors and transfer goods accordingly.
• Execute markdowns and keep sale sections well stocked.
• Keep backroom organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
