Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking PT Inventory Specialists to keep stores running smoothly by receiving, ticketing and preparing inventory for the floor while supporting markdowns, transfers and return authorizations among other tasks.

You will work a minimum of 8 hours per week, collaborate with store leaders, review shipments for defects, manage price tickets, and keep the backroom organized. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow with our HEART values.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ticket, and prepare inventory for the floor.
• Process new shipment deliveries and inspect for defects prior to placing on the styling floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in our point of sale system and manage invoices and price ticketing of new goods.
• Partner with store leaders and store merchandisers about placement of product on the styling floor.
• Manage daily replenishment of items sold and pulls for the styling floor.
• Manage a fulfillment queue for web orders and orders placed by other stores; process and ship timely.
• Weekly checks for items returned to vendors and transfers out of store.
• Transfers of product to other stores or to the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help the merchandiser maintain an organized sale section.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness per company directives.
• Order stores supplies weekly and ensure the store has all supplies and packaging.
