Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist to keep our store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing and preparing inventory for the floor. You will assist with markdowns, transfers and returns, and support daily replenishments.

The role requires a hands-on problem-solver with strong organizational skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling is available to fit 8–30 hours per week at our store location.

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ticket, and prepare inventory for the floor.
• Process new shipment deliveries and inspect quality before stocking.
• Maintain PO records, invoices, and price tickets.
• Coordinate product placement with store leaders and merchandisers.
• Replenish items daily and pull for the styling floor.
• Fulfill web orders and transfers between stores; conduct weekly vendor checks.
• Transfer products to other stores or the warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and maintain sale sections.
• Keep backroom organized and clean per directives.
• Order store supplies weekly to ensure operations.
