Responsibilities

• Provides a single face to industrial customers on issues involving both DLA and non-DLA items, ensuring timely processing of orders.
• Monitors backorder status reports and resolves, or assists in resolving, actions not meeting customer requirements.
• Investigates, coordinates, and releases Sales Orders that inhibit flow through automated systems.
• Applies DLA expedite policy and other operating procedures to expedite actions within supply chains.
• Coordinates the research and tracking of Stock Transfer Orders (STOs)
