Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience required in analyzing and improving supply operations.
• Extensive customer support experience to independently analyze and resolve difficult issues.
• Experience with supply policy, procedures, and guidance implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for industrial customers on DLA and non-DLA items and ensure timely order processing.
• Resolve backorder issues and coordinate with stakeholders to expedite shipments.
• Release sales orders and monitor flow through automated systems.
• Apply DLA expedite policy to speed actions within supply chains.
• Track stock transfer orders and replenishment actions to resolve backorders.
• Identify alternative supply sources and advise on changes to orders as needed.
• Collect and summarize performance data for agency program goals and customer needs.
• Lead forums and meetings to improve business/customer support operations.
