Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-06 level. Investigating and analyzing inventory and distribution information to determine causes of record imbalances.
Education: Graduate education may be credited in limited instances where directly related to the work of the position.

Responsibilities

Serves as a working leader over other employees and concurrently performs identical duties.
Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow and assures timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques and provides written instructions and supplies.
Gives on the job training to new employees.
Performs research and analysis when discrepancies are identified because of physical inventories and assists with investigations of SDRs.
Determines the cause of record imbalances through collection, analysis, and evaluation of factors contributing to inventory adjustments.
Coordinates cost estimates and disposition instructions to appropriate work activities, commands, and stock readiness personnel.
