Job summary

Boochcraft in Chula Vista, CA is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to receive, store, and record materials in the EKOS ERP system. You will drive materials and finished goods between locations on a routine basis and ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years related experience.
• Experience with inventory management procedures and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with warehouse terminology and ERPs.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Forklift certification; Class B preferred; re-certification will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, guide storage, and ensure accurate, safe handling of finished goods and materials.
• Match BOLs and maintain receiving/shipping logs.
• Reconcile inventory, load discrepancies, and packaging.
• Maintain accurate records and perform cycle counts.
• Process orders and coordinate dock/fleet fulfillment and deliveries.
• Drive company truck to deliver orders between locations and upsell Boochcraft products on routes.
