Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator in San Diego to manage inbound/outbound stock orders, raw materials, and in-process inventory. You will drive accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and daily dashboard metrics.

You will develop process improvements, support manufacturing needs, and help implement policy changes while adhering to EH&S guidelines and safety practices. A strong analytical mindset and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an inventory management/shipping/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean or Six Sigma).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bulk inventories and integrity of records, investigate problems and develop solutions.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigations of material discrepancies outside tolerances.
• Provide material for manufacturing and internal customers as directed by Production Planners or operations management.
• Assist with the implementation of all new and current department policies and procedures.
• Participate in all current departmental processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Follows EH&S policies and rocedures, maintains safety and reports hazards.
