Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, shipping, warehousing, inventory control, or related environment preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain required training before independent operation.
• Working knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP/warehouse management system preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify items against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Enter receipts, line releases, transfers, and other inventory transactions in Epicor accurately.
• Coordinate with Quality Control Incoming for inspection and release steps.
• Maintain organized, labeled storage locations and complete Epicor transactions.
• Support outbound shipments by preparing shipping information for the Shipping Manager.
