Curaleaf is seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to bridge product and inventory teams in Hammonton, NJ. You will ensure orders, transfers, and shipments run smoothly from start to finish, while maintaining accurate records and supporting wholesale operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration across production and logistics teams. A high school diploma or GED is required, with BioTrack experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in reporting and documentation.
• Clear communicator, able to coordinate with teams and troubleshoot issues.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management with counts, updates, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist to reconcile data and track levels.
• Manage product movement, transfers, manifests, stocking, and fulfillment with accuracy.
• Pick, pack, label, and document wholesale orders to meet compliance standards.
• Maintain real-time tracking of all product movement using BioTrack.
• Support cultivation or other operational tasks as needed.
