Job summary

Upstate Coin & Gold is seeking an Inventory Fulfillment Associate to maintain accuracy, security, and integrity of inventory for high-value precious metals. You will verify product authenticity, perform quality checks, and handle receiving and shipping.

Based in Centennial, CO, this on-site role follows a Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. schedule with possible Saturdays. You will work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and have opportunities for growth through extensive training.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, quality control, or a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and technical proficiency.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments of precious metals, coins and related products.
• Perform quality control checks to verify product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy.
• Sort, organize, and manage inventory within the warehouse.
• Package and fulfill customer and vendor orders according to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs using our management system (ERP experience preferred).
• Identify discrepancies and escrow quality issues following standard procedures.
• Support process improvements for shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows.
• Complete administrative tasks, including processing shipping paperwork and logs.

Join our passionate Upstate Coin & Gold team as an Inventory Fulfillment Associate and play a vital role in maintaining accuracy, security, and integrity of our inventory operations.

Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, the Inventory Fulfillment Associate role goes beyond traditional shipping and receiving. You will be directly responsible for verifying product authenticity, ensuring quality standards, and supporting accurate inventory fulfillment for high value precious metals. Location: Centennial, CO (on-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (subject to adjustment based on business needs). Must be available to work Saturdays if required.
