Job summary

American Hartford Gold is seeking a sharp and reliable Trade Operations Associate to join our growing Operations Department. You will guide clients through liquidation with accuracy, transparency, and the highest level of customer care.

Responsibilities include managing multiple liquidation requests, verifying documentation, and coordinating with third parties to ensure timely payouts while maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires precision and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities under deadline pressure.

• Prior experience in precious metals, commodities, financial services, or related industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client liquidation requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
• Proficient with internal CRM systems and order management platforms.
• Communicate with clients in a clear, professional and courteous manner.
• Verify client account holdings, documentation, and market data for liquidation requests.
• Calculate liquidation payouts based on spot pricing, weight and purity.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports to the Client Relations team.
• Complete liquidation confirmation process including verification calls and documentation.
• Coordinate secure shipping, insurance, and receipt confirmation for returned metals prior to payout finalization.
• Ensure all liquidation activity complies with company policies.
• Maintain high standard of client service, professionalism and discretion.

THE OPPORTUNITY

American Hartford Gold is seeking a sharp and reliable Trade Operations Associate to join our growing Operations Department. The firm will rely on you to guide clients through the liquidation process with accuracy, transparency, and the highest level of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client liquidation requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and adherence to established timelines
• Demonstrate proficiency with internal CRM systems, order management platforms, and standard office software
• Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and courteous manner consistent with company standards
• Verify client account holdings, documentation, and current market data to ensure the accuracy of each liquidation request
• Calculate liquidation payouts in accordance with prevailing spot pricing, product weight, and purity specifications
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports to the Client Relations team
• Execute the complete liquidation confirmation process, including recorded verification calls, documentation collection, and coordination with third‑parties
• Assist with confirmation calls and documentation processing for client transactions
• Coordinate secure shipping, insurance, and receipt confirmation for returned metals prior to payout finalization
• Ensure all liquidation activity is conducted in compliance with applicable company policies
• Maintain a high standard of client service, professionalism, and discretion throughout all interactions
