Upstate Coin & Gold in Centennial, CO is seeking an Inventory Fulfillment Associate to verify product authenticity, manage high-value inventory, and fulfill orders with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn our processes, support shipping and receiving, and contribute to quality checks and workflow improvements while meeting daily and weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or quality control is preferred.
• ERP experience is preferred for inventory logging.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments of precious metals, coins and related products.
• Perform quality control checks to verify product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy.
• Sort, organize, and manage inventory within the warehouse.
• Package and fulfill customer and vendor orders according to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs using ERP system.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate quality issues following standard procedures.
• Support process improvements for shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows.
• Complete administrative tasks, including processing shipping paperwork and logs.

Join our passionate Upstate Coin & Gold team as an Inventory Fulfillment Associate and play a vital role in maintaining accuracy, security, and integrity of our inventory operations.Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, the Inventory Fulfillment Associate role goes beyond traditional shipping and receiving. You will be directly responsible for verifying product authenticity, ensuring quality standards, and supporting accurate inventory fulfillment for high value precious metals.
