Job summary

Upstate Coin & Gold in Centennial, CO is seeking an Inventory Fulfillment Associate to maintain precision and security of our precious metal inventory. You will process shipments, verify authenticity, and fulfill orders while keeping meticulous logs in our ERP system.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and inventory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical proficiency and comfort with warehouse software and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments of precious metals, coins and related products.
• Perform quality control checks to verify product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy.
• Sort, organize, and manage inventory within the warehouse.
• Package and fulfill customer and vendor orders according to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs using our ERP-based management system.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate quality issues per procedures.
• Support process improvements for shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows.
• Complete administrative tasks, including processing shipping paperwork and logs.
