Qualifications

• Must be open to working various shifts from 5:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and possible Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing shipments of precious metals and coins.
• Perform detailed quality control checks to confirm product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy.
• Accurately sort, inventory, and organize products for storage or shipment.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing customer and vendor orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate quality concerns.
• Support continual process improvements related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating inventory logs.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing shipments of precious metals and coins or products
• Perform detailed quality control checks to confirm product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy
• Accurately sort, inventory, and organize products for storage or shipment
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing customer and vendor orders, ensuring highest quality standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our inventory management system (ERP experience a plus)
• Identify discrepancies and escalate quality concerns following company procedures
• Support continual process improvements related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating inventory logs and processing shipment paperwork.
• Additional duties as assigned.
