Job summary

The Cleveland Guardians are seeking a hands-on team member for the Merchandise Distribution Center at Progressive Field. You will gain daily exposure to retail systems, RFID tagging, and inventory management while contributing to accurate counts and efficient distribution.

Role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability; you’ll help with receiving, sorting, and shipping, with opportunities for growth and development. Must be 16+ and able to work extended days, including events.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience strongly preferred.
• Previous exposure to warehouse or inventory preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and guests.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away merchandise; validate RFID tagging and documentation.
• Pick, pack, and ship daily sales orders; maintain space utilization.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety; communicate needs to management.
• Participate in quarterly reviews and process improvements.
