Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a TM Receiver to maintain inventory accuracy and support store operations. You will receive and ship freight, assist customers and Team Members, and help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience daily.

Ideal candidates will have shipping/receiving experience or related retail knowledge, be 18+, and capable of lifting and operating store equipment such as forklifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Process inbound and outbound freight accurately and safely.
• Maintain inventory control and support loss prevention standards.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service following GURA guidance.
