Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Scranton is seeking a TM Receiver to maintain inventory accuracy and support selling initiatives by receiving and shipping freight promptly. You will interact with customers and Team Members, promote a Legendary Customer Experience, and help keep a safe, organized store environment.

The role requires flexible hours, attendance, and ability to operate store equipment such as a forklift and baler, while following safety guidelines and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, and recommend products.
• Process inbound and outbound freight accurately and safely.
• Maintain inventory control and adhere to loss prevention standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe, including displays and stock areas.
