Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a TM Receiver to maintain inventory accuracy and support store sales by receiving and shipping freight promptly. The role involves interacting with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience, and promoting a safe, productive work environment per safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound freight, maintaining inventory, stocking, operating cash register, forklift, and ensuring compliance with GURA customer

Qualifications

• Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound freight accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and adhere to loss-prevention standards.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend products, Close with value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
