As a Smart Shop Exempt Department Manager, you will oversee department operations which could include perishable departments, center store, Inventory Flow, Receiving, and Shelf Edge, with a specific emphasis in your area of expertise (i.e., produce, market, front end).
Successful completion of JVSS or H-E-B School of Retail Management (SORM).
