Qualifications

• Experience with RDR, DCS, POIS, Key Track, or CPO processes strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a quality-control point for vehicle transactions by reviewing deal paperwork and ensuring timely handoff to Accounting.
• Manage Retail Delivery Reporting (RDR) and ensure timely manufacturer submissions.
• Track and reconcile manufacturer incentives, rebates, and other sales programs.
• Maintain and update Sales and F&I reports for leadership.
• Assist with processing and administration of F&I products and related docs.
• Be a professional point of contact for guests regarding F&I products and documentation.
• Conduct CSI follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Management and leadership.
• Assist with deal tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify process improvements to keep deals moving smoothly.
