PPG Vietnam Co Ltd is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy, process manufacturing batch tickets, and support teams across the facility. You will report to the Plant Manager and work in a warehouse environment using ERP systems.

Responsibilities include preparing for system go-live, data validation, cycle counts, and creating reports. A background in inventory control and ERP such as SAP or Oracle is preferred; a HS diploma is required with Associate/Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Maintain inventory accuracy and process manufacturing batch tickets.
• Support teams to ensure accurate material inventory throughout the facility.
• Prepare for ERP go-live and assist with data validation and readiness tasks.
• Conduct cycle counts to establish baseline inventory accuracy.
• Transact batch tickets in Oracle and ensure they reflect production activity.
• Create reports and communicate updates to partners.
