Job summary

Pregis is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily spare parts inventory for machine production and related duties. You will maintain stock levels, coordinate purchases with approved suppliers, and ensure accurate records.

The role requires SAP or similar ERP experience, strong purchasing processes knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A high school diploma and at least five years of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• SAP or similar ERP system knowledge.
• Working knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory levels to meet production needs.
• Purchase inventory and parts with approved suppliers.
• Track expenditures against budgets and report variances to the Maintenance Planner.
• Maintain purchasing records, purchase orders, receipts, and pricing.
