Job summary

PPG Vietnam Co Ltd is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy, process manufacturing batch tickets, and support teams across the facility. You will report to the Plant Manager and work in a warehouse environment using ERP systems.

Responsibilities include preparing for system go-live, data validation, cycle counts, and creating reports. A background in inventory control and ERP such as SAP or Oracle is preferred; a HS diploma is required with Associate/Bachelor’s

• Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

Job description

As the Transaction Coordinator, you will maintain inventory accuracy, processing and transacting manufacturing batch tickets, and supporting teams to ensure accurate material inventory throughout the facility. We are looking for someone with systems proficiency and the ability to operate material handling equipment in a warehouse environment. You will report to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Before the manufacturing site's ERP go-live, you will help prepare the facility for a successful system launch.
• Support pre-go-live preparation activities, including data validation, process documentation, and operational readiness tasks
• Collaborate with the Oracle ERP implementation team to assist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance activities, and training preparation
• Conduct cycle counts to establish baseline inventory accuracy and support data integrity efforts ahead of system go-live
• Transact and process manufacturing batch tickets and promptly within the Oracle system
• Ensure all batch ticket transactions reflect actual production activity and align with inventory records
• Use inventory management and ERP (Oracle) systems to enter and report inventory data
• Create reports, analyze trends, and communicate updates to partners

Qualifications
