ADUSA Procurement is seeking a Procurement & Logistics professional to manage store allocations across Distribution Centers and timing of planned allocations. The role collaborates with Brand Partners and IT to resolve system issues, and supports seasonal allocations with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with in-person and remote days across core locations, including Carlisle, PA, Salisbury, NC, and more.

Aufgaben

• Monitor inventory and ensure timely execution of allocations for Distribution Centers.
• Review upcoming allocations and build daily plans.
• Maintain reporting of all Released Allocations by DC and of Allocations lacking inventory.
• Support ad hoc allocation requests with partners and DC sign-off.
• Ensure timely execution of seasonal allocations and track progress.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners to explain allocation variance.
