Job summary

Nature's Touch in Front Royal, VA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Data Coordinator to maintain inventory data across systems and support accounts payable/receivable. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

You will reconcile transactions, process shipping documents, support ERP-WMS integration, and collaborate with QA, maintenance, and production to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of warehousing experience in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FDA, and SQF food safety standards.
• Proficiency with WMS programs and ERP integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• High computer proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and reconcile all Warehouse transactions including inventory, shipping, receiving, production and scheduling.
• Interpret and process Bills of Lading, packing lists, freight invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly.
• Support data flow between WMS and ERP/accounting systems for consistency and traceability.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Provide documentation support to accounts payable/receivable and assist month-end reconciliation.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment and adhere to material & inventory control policies.
