Job summary

Nature's Touch in Front Royal, VA, is seeking a Warehouse Data Coordinator to maintain inventory data across WMS and ERP systems, ensuring accurate transactions, month-end reconciliation, and smooth operations.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires 3+ years in food warehousing, knowledge of HACCP/FDA/SQF, and proficiency with WMS and Excel. This on-site position emphasizes data integrity and cross-functional collaboration with QA, maintenance, and production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, FDA, and SQF.

Responsibilities

• Promote Safety First and foster a safe, productive workplace culture.
• Coordinate and reconcile all Warehouse transactions, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, production, and scheduling.
• Interpret and process shipping documents such as BOLs, packing lists, freight invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Identify discrepancies in BOLs, receiving reports, and inventory, escalating as needed.
• Support integration and data flow between the WMS and ERP/accounting systems for consistency and traceability.
• Apply knowledge of transportation terminology to ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following standards.
• Prepare and maintain department reporting and record-keeping systems.
• Ensure adherence to material and inventory control policies.
• Enforce warehouse practices and protocols.
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and production for smooth plant operations.
• Provide documentation to AP/AR on time.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and results-driven Warehouse Data Coordinator to maintain the warehouse inventory data reconciled and in synch between different systems. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and indirectly to the Facility Manager, this role oversees all aspects of the warehouse data reconciliation with a strong focus on operational efficiency, productivity, safety, and team performance.

As the Warehouse Data Coordinator, you will ensure that all warehouse transactions are accurately and timely recorded in the appropriate system, providing consistent support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fiscal month-end reconciliation. We are looking for a hands-on data coordinator who can make a tangible impact on day-to-day operations.

• Warehouse Data Coordinator

• Coordinate and reconcile all aspects of the Warehouse' transactions, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, production, and scheduling

• Interpret and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, freight invoices, and delivery receipts

• Identify BOL, receiving report, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed

• Support the integration and data flow between the WMS and ERP/accounting systems to ensure consistency and traceability

• Apply working knowledge of transportation terminology (LTL, FTL, carrier routing, freight classes, tracking) to facilitate accurate transaction recording

• Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment by following and enforcing company and legal standards

• Prepare and maintain department reporting and record-keeping systems

• Ensures adherence and accountability to all material & inventory control policies and procedures

• Enforces established warehouse practices and protocols

• Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with quality assurance, maintenance, and production to support smooth plant operations

• Partner with accounts payable and receivable to provide support documentation on time

Requirements

Work Location & Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols.
