Nature's Touch Frozen Foods in Front Royal, VA is hiring a Warehouse Data Coordinator to reconcile inventory data across systems and support AP/AR and month-end reconciliation. You will ensure timely, accurate warehouse transactions and data flows within a fast-paced facility.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager, requires 3+ years in food warehousing and strong WMS/ERP skills, and offers a stable on-site schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, FDA, and SQF.
• Proficiency in WMS programs and reporting tools.
• High computer proficiency; comfortable learning multiple software systems.
• Excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety first and maintain a safe, productive workplace.
• Coordinate and reconcile all warehouse transactions, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, production, and scheduling.
• Interpret and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, freight invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Support the integration and data flow between the WMS and ERP/accounting systems.
• Prepare and maintain department reporting and record-keeping systems.
